Profiles of the Alumni Graduates

In general, the profiles and skills of Faculty of Psychology UMM graduates are as follows :

Conducting assessments of problems in companies/ industries, analyzing the results of the assessment, and formulating programs to reduce human resource problems. In addition, implementing resource development programs involving various kinds of external or internal parties. The implementation of the development program also conducts control, evaluation, and changes if needed.

Bachelor's Assistant Research is an important component of most psychological research laboratories. His job is to recruit and run participants, enter data, act as confederations, and code surveys in scientific agencies such as laboratories.

Helping psychologists with the initial assessment, scoring tests, helping psychologists conduct clinical and non-clinical interventions, assisting in patient psychological reports, administration.
