2. Possess foundational knowledge of psychology and demonstrate responsibility, ethical conduct, discipline, positive attitudes, and leadership in professional practice.

3. Master and apply psychological assessment, data analysis, and evaluation systems for individuals, groups, and communities using research methods in accordance with the psychological code of ethics.
